Production laboratory was established in July 1974 and started its activities in conjunction with company start up.
The main task of the laboratory is regular providing the reliability and accuracy testing of products by improving the working methods, modernization of logistics, training of personnel.
The laboratory has a full range of test and support equipment required for quality control at all stages of production, according to the available technical documentation on the production of paper for corrugating [fluting] (GOST 7377-85 of Ukraine) cardboard for flat layers of corrugated cardboard [liner] (GOST 7420-89 of Ukraine), roofing cardboard (GOST 3135-82 of Ukraine), boxboard (GOST 7933-89 of Ukraine), binding cardboard (TU U 21.1 - 00,292,652 - 012:2007), boxes for butter (GOST 9421 of Ukraine).
For releasing good quality products and satisfying customer demands on Lutsk Cardboard and Roofing Plant quality control and control of incoming raw materials and chemicals are held at all levels of cycle production.
In 2007. laboratory was accredited in the Ukrainian SEPRO system.
