Boxes for butter

Boxes are constructed of a single piece of container flat paste board marks the COP and COP-1 according to GOST 9421 of Ukraine. Allowed to use Containerboard glued, made by other regulatory and technical documentation with mandatory resolution Ukrainian Ministry of Health about the possibility of its use for contact with food.

Fold lines sweep box are mutually perpendicular, and create a box with the specified internal dimensions.

The deviation from the perpendicular to the fold is not more than 1,0 mm per 200 mm in length.

Boxes are stitched straps of galvanized wire diameter 0,7-1,0 mm according to GOST 3282 and GOST 7480 of Ukraine or steel band width of 2.5 mm and a thickness of 0,4-0,6 mm according to GOST 10234 of Ukraine, as well as other regulatory technical documentation.

Clamps are placed at any angle to the height of the box.

Distance from extreme cramps to transverse edges connecting joints is not more than 30 mm, and to the longitudinal edges - not less than 3 mm.

The distance between the straps is not more than 45 mm. On the surface of boxes allowed: traces of clamps, formed during packing boxes in piles on the top two boxes, bales dents from tying materials.
